OUR PROCESS
STEP 1 — INSPECTION AND ASSESSMENT

This helps identify any areas that may not be suitable for cleaning and confirms whether the mattress can be safely treated using our standard steaming, spot cleaning and extraction process.
STEP 2 — SURFACE PARTICLE REMOVAL
Large particles are carefully removed from the mattress surface before any cleaning equipment is applied. This protects the material and ensures the subsequent cleaning steps work more effectively on what remains within the layers.
STEP 3 — HIGH-PRESSURE STEAM TREATMENT
High heat pressure steaming is applied to remove odours, loosen compacted soiling and work on tough stains before the extraction phase. Note that results with stains vary depending on how old and deep-set they are.
STEP 4 — DEEP EXTRACTION CLEANING
A specialised solution is injected into the mattress using our heavy-duty cleaning machine, penetrating approximately 10cm into the material to dislodge and extract dust mites, bacteria, skin cells and allergens from within the layers. This is the core sanitisation step, designed to reach what surface treatments cannot.
STEP 5 — EXTRACTION AND COMPLETION
The solution is drawn back out of the mattress alongside the loosened contaminants, leaving the material clean from the inside out. The surface is inspected before the session is closed, and the mattress is left to air dry naturally. We recommend scheduling your session in the morning so your mattress is ready for use by bedtime, at which point mattress protectors can be replaced once the surface is fully dry.
