Customers are strongly encouraged to let our helpers use regular vacuum cleaners or brooms. Should vacuum cleaners or other electronics are to be used, supervision & guidance will be needed as the helpers may not be familiar with the settings of said product. Likewise, we encouraged someone from the household to be around during the full duration of the session. We are not liable for any damage or misuse that resulted in the breakage of equipment and furniture and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that everything is in order. No compensation will be provided in an event of such happenings. Customers have to bear in mind that sessions have to be booked using the Codes given to you upon a successful purchase. Please take note that subsequent sessions are not automated and it is important customers checked and fully utilised the codes should customers bought a package from us. Lastly, we encourage every customers of ours, especially those who are new here to register for an account upon purchasing their first session with us after the checkout page. This will greatly facilitate your future bookings and also allow us to better track your records.
If you fail to register an account after checking out, do take note that you can only register again on your next purchase. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
[Non-Disclosure Policy]
Customers are not allowed to ask our helpers to work for them/offer other jobs to our helpers. Any customers found to be doing so privately will have their account and remaining sessions terminated with immediate effect.
[Packages Policy]
All packages has a validity period of 6 months from date of purchase. There will be no refund of remaining sessions after the 3rd session of the package is used.
[Refund Policy]
Customers will only be compensated a monetary valuation of 50% if cancellation is done more than 72 hours before date of booked session, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
[Cancellation Policy]
Cancellation has to be done at least 72 hours before the appointment date. The session will not be refunded if cancellation is done after 72 hours to the appointment date.
[Rescheduling Policy]
For any rescheduling of more that 48 hours before appointment, there will be no charge.
For any rescheduling of less than 24 hours before your session, there will be a $20 penalty.
[Personal Data Protection Assurance]
As part of the registration process, we would be collecting some personal particulars from you to allow us to communicate to you on appointment reminders, promotions, and events, as well as to know your booking needs better to introduce new services to meet your family’s needs.
