ROOMS AND COMMON AREAS (BEDROOMS, LIVING ROOM, BALCONY)
- Fine dust wiped down from surfaces including ledges and cornices (general construction debris removal is handled separately by your contractor as part of their general clean).
- Interior windows and grills wiped down thoroughly, including window tracks and frames where dust and buildup accumulate heavily during renovation works.
- Doors and gates wiped down on both faces including frames, handles and hinges to remove dust and light residue (paint marks, adhesive residue and other chemical staining should be addressed by your contractor or ID through a chemical wash before our session).
